clean interior friendly staff available deck chair convenient location

The hotel was clean. I noticed this in all areas. The staff were helpful and friendly when I interacted with them. I found deck chairs available at the pool. The location was convenient, with a short walk to the beach and main areas.

The in-room television offered mostly channels in Spanish.

poor coffee tea facilities

the staff were helpful. the rooms were clean and tidy, though the shower was good.

The hotel seemed somewhat tired looking. the coffee from the machine was very poor. most people looked to leave their hot drinks untouched. Tea machine facilities would have been better in the room.

The staff was helpful there

I was annoyed by the outdated furniture in the room it looked old and worn plus the mattress felt too firm like sleeping on a board the noise level was also HIGH I could hear everything from other rooms

The location was ideal. The beach was a short walk. the room was very clean when i arrived. the staff at reception were helpful with directions and local information. They gave me a map.

the tv had mostly channels in languages i don't understand.
